INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 3 scoops of vegan protein powder (chocolate or vanilla flavor)
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 1 cup oat milk (alternatively use almond milk)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 peanut butter (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Add the required ingredients, including the optional peanut butter if desired, to a blender.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a large cup or shaker and enjoy!
