INGREDIENTS:

  • 1½ cups almond milk (unsweetened or homemade)
  • ½ cup dry oatmeal
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup of water
  • 3 TPsp. peanut butter
  • 3 scoops of vegan protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 ice cubes (optional)

Total number of ingredients: 9

METHOD:

  1. Add all the required ingredients, including the optional cinnamon if desired, to a blender.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the shake to a large cup.
  4. Microwave the shake for a hot treat, or, add in the ice cubes and drink the shake with a straw.
  5. Stir and enjoy it!
